Description

Classes will focus on movement, breath, and fun. Each class includes yoga poses and games to build
confidence, coordination, and body awareness. Students will engage in various types of age
appropriate breath and meditation practices to support emotional regulation and inner peace. Most
importantly, class is always fun! We believe that by making yoga and mindfulness an enjoyable
experience our students will obtain tools and practices for life. Expect to play games, dance, laugh, and
build community with other students.
